Threadhopping: If the other person is fine with it too, sure!
Fourthwalling: I'd be down for it in certain circumstances, but generally no.
Offensive subjects: I would like to get comfortable RPing with someone before indulging in any kind of smut. Subjects I'd like to avoid include needles, vomiting, and recreational drug use.

Hugging this character: He'll probably resist it unless you're really close to him.
Kissing this character: Sure, if you want a black eye.
Flirting with this character: He will likely react with disgust, but this is amusing to me so absolutely go for it.
Fighting with this character: He'll certainly try to fight back, but depending on how much bigger your character is he might not have much luck. He's used to others defending him.
Injuring this character: He won't be happy, but he'll tough it out. Eye injury is more than welcome considering canon events. Would like to avoid injuries in the chest region.
Killing this character: This would heavily depend on circumstances, but if it's in SDR2 canon proper, then I'm fine with it.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: If the circumstances call for it.
Warnings: Fuyuhiko is very used to casual violence and the world of crime, and his canon is a murdergame on top of that. These things are second-nature to him and may be brought up nonchalantly. I also headcanon him as trans, so gender dysphoria is a subject that could get brought up as well.
